50 years old Shirley Kwan is charged with threatening and ordinary attack offences

50 years old Shirley Kwan (關淑怡) had an heated argument with a hotel staff earlier and it is considered threatening and ordinary attack. She reported at the police station last night and left after few hours.

Subsequently, the police spokesman expressed a 50 years old woman with last name, Kwan was charged with threatening and ordinary attack offences. It will be rule in the court at West Kowloon on 24th May.
