Actress Vivien Yeo (楊秀惠) was nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role (最佳女配角) Award based on Lover in the Planet Meow (來自喵喵星的妳) series for TVB Anniversary Awards 2016. She expressed she had confidence and was aware of people seldom won based on comedy series: "I wish to tell everyone that it is not easy to film comedy series. (How many times for nomination?) Thrice. (High chances?) Hope so as I put in lots of efforts and feel very happy that I can act as villain. Plus, the audiences like it too."
When asked if she had prepared her outfit, Vivien said: "I only know it today and need to think about it tonight. I hope to give surprise to everybody. (Sexy?) Let me discuss with my designer first. (Urge your fans to vote for you?) They have been doing it before airing this drama. There is 17 more days and I hope to win the first award after joining the showbiz for 12 years. Filming comedy series requires good acting skills."
