Elaine Ng (吳綺莉) leaves her apartment in Tai Hang at 12.40pm on 26 March and heads towards Happy Valley, Causeway Bay and returns to her house after buying groceries at the supermarket in Tai Hang. She wears a mask and reveals she needs lots of rest. When mentioned about her daughter, Etta Ng (卓林), Elaine replies she is in a safe place and believes their problem will be resolved soon. Asking if they contacted each other, Elaine responded they kept in contact initially but none after that. She had no idea when Etta will return home or school.
