Taiwanese celebrity, Joe Chen (陳喬恩) is currently filming series in Hengdian and it is usually raining when she is filming. Hence, it stirs Joe's unhappiness and she shares photo of the raining weather on social networking website: "It is raining when I am in France, Tonglu and desert. The locals says it has been 10 years since raining and it is also raining when filming series in Hengdian. They says the weather is good before I come over and looks like I am rainy goddess...... I can go over to any places which need water."
